100 Years ago (1906)
The Courier noted the death in New York of
Susan B. Anthony, 86, famed woman
suffragist. She once lectured at the
Congregational Church in Blair.

According to The Pilot newspaper from November 15th 1877, Miss Susan
B. Anthony, "the aged and venerable female lecture, held forth
at the Congregation Church" in November 1877.
