Within the archive of the Blair Historic
Preservation Alliance, exist several
collections of historic photographs. While
the ownership of these images remain in the hand
of the private individual, permission has be
granted to catalog, scan and display low
resolution images of this photographs on this
website.
The
collection owners retain rights for their own
photographs.
