Improvements
The S.C. & P. Folks have laid down a new sidewalk from Front street to the depot
along the west side of Walker Avenue.
Wm. Ervey has refitted the old building, east of the Post Office, Formerly
occupied by Sheelly & Ervey as a butchershop in the pioneer days of Blair, so
that it is a very neat looking place -- as good looking as if it was just built.

establishment of a mail route from Blair to Logan, in that State; which was
referred to the Committee on Post Offices and Post Roads.
