On yesterday, Mayor Walton received form A. Castetter and wife a contract for a deed to Block Four in Kennard's Addition to this city as a donation for a public park.  The condition upon which this tract is granted to the city is that the city is to expend $100 annually for the next five years in improving it by setting out trees, seeding, fencing and so forth.
