This building first shows up in the 1909 Sanborn Map
City Council Meeting --
April 17, 1906
Moved and seconded that the city engineer be instructed to ascertain grade on
the three sides of New Collar Factory building bordering alley sixth street and
Washington to determine the probable amount of dirt to be moved and probable
cost thereof.

Factory. A new building was to be erected to house the concern.
