Blair exist because of the Railroad -- River Bluffs terrain, foresight of John I. Blair and proximity to Omaha.

Mission of the Program and the Historic Landmarks Registry
seeks to increase public awareness of and interest in historic sites and structures in Blair.
Specifically the registry is design to help identify, research, document and recognize historic sites.
